What's the cheapest water vapor cigarette kit?

I'm a VAPER.....so this question intrigues me... The truth is....the cheaper the starter kit, the shortest it will work or last you. Quality outweighs quantity in this field. I personally use the VP2, but many of my friends enjoy the Joye 510... go on youtube and search "ecig", watch the videos that review different products, its just like picking out an appliance, you gonna go with the cheapest one, or the best performer?
