What are the negative eefects of smoking cigarettes for three months?
I have been smoking cigarettes for three months now. I have never smokedd more than seven a day and average about 5 a day. I am quitting. How bad have I damaged my body thus far though?

none really if you quit, you could smoke for 10 years than after 3 years of quitting most of the damage would go away
