Can someone under 16 use a nicotine-free electronic cigarette?
Just curious, I know you can buy nicotine and tobacco-free e-cigarettes, just wondering if it would be legal for an under 16 in the uk to use it. :)

Since the nicotine level in electronic cigarettes is not 100% accurate, I would say it's illegal for minors to use them.
A recent study and lab results showed that the nicotine level in the e-cigarettes varied. Some cartridges that were labeled as "Zero" nicotine level contained some amount of nicotine. Because of this, I highly doubt the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors would be permitted.
