Are clove cigarettes illegal or going to become illegal in Canada?
I'm moving to Portland, Oregon & if I go up there to visit (not too far of a drive), will I be able to buy a pack?
I don't like regular cigarettes.
Obama (US, obviously) passed a bill banning cloves and all other flavored smokes except menthols.

no, obama doesn't have jurisdiction outside of the US.
If your just going to Canada for cloves, you can buy them online still (I think)
