Where can i recycle cigarette butts?
I heard from a few people that you can actually get money for cigarette butts. Im not entierly sure if this is true, but if it is. Where and how would i go about recycling them. I live in Colorado so, some place here would be much preferred of course.

I saw a huge litter of cigarette butts in this one area, apparently it was more popular to throw them here, than in any other area.
