What is the LEGAL herbal cigarette smoking age in California?
Now remember, these don't contain tobacco products. US Law(s) state that you must be 18 and over to purchase and consume tobacco products. They don't say anything towards herbal cigarettes however (EXAMPLES BRANDS: ECSTASY, DREAMS, HONEYROSE) Please don't just say "oh its 18" if you could show me a link to a government establishment showing proof, that would help as well.
Also, what happens if a police officer catches me smoking this product? (answer depends on answer, I know)
