How much does a tin or pound of cigarette rolling tobacco cost in PA?
I can't find anything about the prices of RYO tobacco after the PACT Act, and I can only find prices of dip or pipe tobacco (not the same thing as RYO).
P.S. I know this is the BWS section, but it's the only section I see where people get anywhere in regards to smoking.
P.P.S. Don't tell me that RYO cigarettes are just as bad as regular ones and I should just quit. I don't tell you how to live your life, don't tell me how to live mine.
