How are herbal cigarettes?
I used to smoke cigarettes and haven't smoked them in a month and i quit because i started working out i still smoke marijuana but im getting a vape and i was just wondering how herbal cigs taste and what effects are particularly honeyrose cause thats what i plan on buying i just want em to enjoy something to smoke

Herbal cigarettes contain all the nasty tar and nicotine you gave up when you quit smoking "normal cigarettes." Herbal and flavored cigarettes are mixed with regular tobacco, and what is worse, it is often the poorest quality tobacco (highest in tar and harmful chemicals) because the nasty taste that would be obvious in an unflavored cigarette is now covered up. I did a lot of research on this to get my g/f to give up clove cigarettes.
Remember that ALL smoking can cause lung cancer (yes that includes pot) -- it is the heat and smoke damaging your sensitive lung tissue and cilia that causes the most damage, not the type of smoke you are inhaling.
EDIT if you want to get high, just do it in a way other than inhaling smoke (not rocket science!)
