What exactly is in a nicotine free cigarette ?
Are they safer than real cigarettes and what are some good brands of these type of cigarettes ? Also, does the whole electronic cigarette help you quit ?

I've never really heard of a nicotine free cigarette. My boyfriend has the electronic cigarette and he isn't any closer to quitting but it really depends on how committed you are to quitting. You can try all the methods in the world to quit but if you don't really really want to do it you won't.
